No, thank you. I will try to find another solution for our needs. I appreciate the overall functionality of your plugin, but the requirement for customization to update existing packages is a problem. We will search for another solution in the future.
After looking at this I’m not sure that it will work for my purposes. I don’t want to change the access to all of my available packages, only several hundred that have specific access currently. How do I add a new role to these downloads without going through one-by-one?
I will look into this, but I am curious why the bulk upload CSV feature hasn’t been updated to overwrite existing settings and add new products. It seems like a logical next step.
We’ve tried activating that option, but it will not stay activated. We turn it on, push save settings, then when we revisit settings it is turned off.
The daily limit is set to 3, but customers can download 4 before they are blocked from downloading. Their stats show 3/3, but we receive notifications for 4 different downloads.
I need the page title or url from the page that the download button is displayed on.
I am using the Download Notification addon. I would like to have the page where the download button is located appear on the notification.
When someone downloads the files for this product, I ant the specific page URL included>
I have “Enable email notification” turned on. I do not have “Don’t Send Notification” selected. I am currently editing 672 packages.
The Packages don’t default to any notification setting when created. When set to Use Global Settings is selected, the messages do not send. I am going through and changing each item to Send Notification, but this would be great if it were editable via CSV upload.
This brings me to my second need. The CSV upload does not work. I have trouble shooted the issue by disabling plugins, but the CSV does not update any of the packages. It begins the update but stays at 1% for hours with no changes. How can I use the uploader effectively? I have seen that this is not uncommon and was hopeful that there are fixes available.
