I have the latest version of Download Manger, but this site does not have WPDM Directory Add On, it does have Archive Page add-on but I cannot find an update for it with this being a free version.
OK, I think I have found the issue. We are using the pro version on another website, but we are not using pro on this website.
I still have the original issue of an added Tag not showing on the page: https://www.poweredgeproducts.com/downloads/ but it is a free version support issue I guess.
Do I have to start my support ticket over again but via support for the Free version? (if I try to update to the Pro version it breaks the download page display we have in place currently so I would rather not do that.). Also, I don’t know how to update Archive without a paid version.
Wordpress is not showing me that there is an update available. Where can I download the update for installation?
I just looked, and both live and staging are using the same version of WPDM – Archive Page – both instances say Version 4.3.3.
