Tags are not displaying using WPDM – Archive Page add-on

After inputting the shortcode to display our downloads, I noticed the tags weren’t showing up correctly. The tags were being pulled from our Modern Events Calendar list of tags instead of the download tags. We weren’t using the ME tags, so I deleted them, hoping the correct tags would show up in the sidebar filter. Now, no tags appear in the Tags box, even when I disabled the ME Calendar plugin.

Here’s the shortcode I am using: [wpdm_archive_filter items_per_page=”6″ template=”link-template-tabcard” cols=2 colspad=1 colsphone=1 orderby=”title” order=”asc”]

Hello @densomarketing,
Thank you for the credentials.
There can also be a conflict with other third-party plugins, can you please enable/disable other plugins for checking, you may also switch theme to another for checking, please let me know then.

Hello again. I have switched themes and disabled plugins one at a time for testing. The issue persists.

Hi @densomarketing,
Please check now we have adjusted your issue and tags are showing properly.
There was a small compatibility issue with the free version that’s why it was not showing.

Perfect, thank you! You may have also noticed the images are not aligning correctly; they are being pushed far to the right. Is that something you can fix, too?

Hello,
Please check now we have adjusted the image alignment issue as well.
It was happening due to your theme style was conflicting with the WPDM style.
