That’s great I have tested. Can you tel me how I can edit the template as the link to the file is missing on the email when I get it?

Also, I’d want to ask my server to look into the issue can you give me more info so they can fix it and how do I change it back to the html version once they fix it?

Why don’t you crate an account and subscribe to a package and then try out. Nothing has come through to anyone subscribed to the packages. It’s not coming through but you can test by joining as an admin with your email address and then testing the CRON

Notify Subscribers option at the bottom of the package page does not send me the email either.

Please just subscribe to a file and then register to the page and then click on ‘Notify Subscribers’ and ‘Send email notification to selected members’

None of these options deliver an email to my inbox, please test on your end.
