Sorry, I don’t understand. This was working before. So now I need to setup something new? Is it something that’s wrong with the plugin setup? I am needing this for my client’s website. I don’t understand why it is no longer working.

Thank you! Just the pdf viewer we had installed that allowed us to view the pdf online before download. Is it possible to get this back up as well.
