Thank you! Just the pdf viewer we had installed that allowed us to view the pdf online before download. Is it possible to get this back up as well.

That’s great I have tested. Can you tel me how I can edit the template as the link to the file is missing on the email when I get it?

Also, I’d want to ask my server to look into the issue can you give me more info so they can fix it and how do I change it back to the html version once they fix it?

Hello, has there been any movement on this issue. I know you were looking at an update or you were looking at testing it on your end more?

Just really need an idea as to why this is happening and if there is a fix please?

Why don’t you crate an account and subscribe to a package and then try out. Nothing has come through to anyone subscribed to the packages. It’s not coming through but you can test by joining as an admin with your email address and then testing the CRON
