Do you mean, going into plugins in the dashbaord and disabling the plugins one-by-one. Yes, I went through them.
I did and I still can’t figure out what is going on. Can someone have a look and help fix it? I gave details to my site up above.
Yes, I installed w3 cache yesterday. I did deactivate it, but the problem still persisted.
Hello,
Thank you! Sorry about that. I am posting the website below. As soon as you login on the front, you will see the error.
Thank you for your time.
Thank you! This worked. It is now asking, “A database update is required for WordPress Download Manager Pro 6.3.5. Please click the button on the right to update your database now.” Is this required for this update? Will it cause any issues to update?
The second post on this thread lets you know what I am using:
WordPress version 6.2.1
Active theme: Attire (version 1.9.7)
Current plugin: Download Manager Pro (version 6.3.4)
PHP version 8.1.13
I am interested in this as it is also happening with our site. Please let us know if you have found an answer.
Hello,
I am checking to see if there has been any progress. We work with many distributors who need to access these files.
Thank you.

Hello,
If you go into “all files” in the main menu and select any file you see you will notice the pdf viewer no longer works, and also the download button does not work. It was up and running fine last week.
Thank you.
Any progress on this?
