Hello,
Has this issue been looked into? It is still happening.
Thank you,
Ana
Yes, I tried another browser and it is still disconnected. I have to go to downloads>settings>cloud storage each time and reconnect dropbox.
It’s hard to check when I’ve already connected, since we need our customers to reach the files. I will let you know when it happens again as it’s every few hours.
I can see that the pdf preview still works, but not the download. I just tried it again.
Adding to this, we were also charged $59 on July 9th for the Download Manager Pro. Both are on renew and that hasn’t changed. Could you please fix as soon as possible.
Hello, just checking in to see if an update is on the way.
Thank you,
Do you know when the next update will be uploaded?
Amazing, thank you!
Do you mean, going into plugins in the dashbaord and disabling the plugins one-by-one. Yes, I went through them.
I did and I still can’t figure out what is going on. Can someone have a look and help fix it? I gave details to my site up above.
Yes, I installed w3 cache yesterday. I did deactivate it, but the problem still persisted.
Hello,
Thank you! Sorry about that. I am posting the website below. As soon as you login on the front, you will see the error.
Thank you for your time.
Thank you! This worked. It is now asking, “A database update is required for WordPress Download Manager Pro 6.3.5. Please click the button on the right to update your database now.” Is this required for this update? Will it cause any issues to update?
The second post on this thread lets you know what I am using:
WordPress version 6.2.1
Active theme: Attire (version 1.9.7)
Current plugin: Download Manager Pro (version 6.3.4)
PHP version 8.1.13
