Hello again, with all the respect that you deserve, I am not new to using your website or your plugin, I have been using it for 5 years, I know how I should download the addons, my problem is that it is not letting me, I am a technician so the first thing I did was clear the cache , use incognito mode, try different browsers, but none of that works, what seems strange to me is that the website let me download the wpdm plugin, it’s just a problem with the addons.

You want to me give you my credentials and you can check for yourself my account? I can do that because I lost to much time and I need update the addons. (sorry for my frustation)

Hello, I know you must be very busy, maybe I couldn’t explain well the error I’m having, what I need is that when I use the archive add-on to show “category 1”. it shows me the files of “category 1”, the version that I currently have installed do that, but when I update the plugin, it does not show me the packages of “category 1” showme all the packages I have, and the other thing is that it also shows me the package that are not yet completed.

Hello I back again to old version, when you update the plugin, still showing “all downloads” no the downloads from the category I choose, and again, show the documents in draft status.
