Hello again, with all the respect that you deserve, I am not new to using your website or your plugin, I have been using it for 5 years, I know how I should download the addons, my problem is that it is not letting me, I am a technician so the first thing I did was clear the cache , use incognito mode, try different browsers, but none of that works, what seems strange to me is that the website let me download the wpdm plugin, it’s just a problem with the addons.

Hello, I already tried this before, I used three different browsers deleting the cache and also in incognito mode, I also tried on three different computers, if you can see the video that I put in the third comment you will see how I can download the download manager program, but when I click the other button to download the addons nothing happens, again thanks for your help.
