Will an upgrade to PRO version help me get support? – and will the PRO version Work on WordPress Template: CENTUM ?

Version 2.7.1 create the exact same error on Template: CENTUM.

I really have problems, i have reinstalled old working version, but something is updatting it every time i turn my head away..
Have unchecked autoupdate all Places i could think of – but it still updates.

Consequense – our download error is not working att all, as i had to deactivate the plugin..

Not very pro…
