Thank you for both for your help and for taking the time to look things over.
Thanks,
Crystal Martin
I tried disabling the other plugins and reinstalling WPDM but no luck. I’ll send you login info in a private reply.
Thank you!
Yes! That fixed it. Thank you so much!!!
Crystal
Ok I’ve updated the tinymce button add-on, tried disabling all other plugins, cleared my cache, etc and I’m still not having any luck inserting packages into blog posts. I don’t want the actual download pages that are created to be accessible. I only want users to be able to access the download via the download button on a blog post. That’s why I set them private.
Is there another way to make those pages not accessible without making them private, so the tinymce button add-on will work in my post editor and let me select existing packages to insert?
Thank you again and please accept my apologies for all the trouble.
Crystal
Ohhh I forgot about setting them private so their individual download pages wouldn’t be accessible. I only want users to download via the blog posts. I’m so sorry for all the trouble.
Thank you for working on an update and for finding the cause. I really appreciate it!
Sincerely,
Crystal
I’ve tried disabling all the other plugins, clearing my cache and adding a new post. I still couldn’t select a download package to add to the post. I’m not sure what else to try. You are more than welcome to try disabling them again.
And thank you for your assistance!
I’m sorry, I didn’t explain correctly. I can create new packages. But I can’t select and insert a package when creating a blog post or page.
Oh I found it. Sorry.
I can’t find where to download the update. There is nothing in my wpdownloadmanager.com members page
Sorry to bother you again but the Facebook like option isn’t working. When a user clicked the like button, it takes them to my 404 error page and adds “undefined” to the end of the link. I have the Facebook app id in the settings.
Are there specific instructions for setting up the Facebook app for this plugin? Maybe I missed a step.
The login info listed above is still active if you need to log in.
Thank you!!!
I deleted the plugin and reinstalled it and all seems to be fine now. Thank you for taking a look!
Best. Plugin. Ever!
