are the files uploaded to media library safe?

can you tell me what was done to fix the issue? i have 1 more site having the same problem

I do not want to use Amazon s3, this is not due to unstable internet connection. It happens on all large files with multiple clients. And is only related to wpengine hosting terminating the connection.

the delete works thanks,

but still another problem when you click delete then you click “No” to cancel
nothing happens

now there is another problem, you cant delete / cancel delete packages from front end. can you check?

I think its caused by the way wp engine is using their caching system, not your plugin add-on.

now when you are logged out, it shows the wrong message, it shows “Permission Denied Message for Packages:” instead of showing “Login Required Message”

can you check that?

there is a bug with Advanced Access Control,

lets say
1.package access permission : Subscriber
2.when i add users to allow specific access using Advanced Access Control (e.g add user: testuser)
3.Other user which has access to the file (user which is a Subscriber) will see a message that he does not have permisions to download the file
4.when set to “allow individual download” a user which is a Subscriber will be able to download files normally, however the button to download all files in zip is not there and is replaced with message “does not have permisions to download the file”

never mind reactivating plugin solved the problem

as i said i dont want to set 100% is there another way (its a hassle for paid subscribers to have to go through checkout process everytime they want to download a file)
