OK, thanks for the response.
Yes, I’ve done all of that. What I want to be able to do is custom sort the packages within the categories. I need to be able to control the order the packages display within each category.
Zorrox, you are correct. It was a browser cache issue. Interestingly, Chrome worked the first time I cleared the cache and reloaded the page. IE had to be cleared and restarted about 3 times before it recognized the new icon.
Thanks for your assistance!
I’ve tried to modify the default icons two or three times and it won’t accept the new icon I select. For example, lets say I create a new package and the icon that gets assigned to the package is wrong. I will edit the package and change the icon. I then select the Update button, but nothing happens. The icon displayed for the package remains the incorrect one…
Zorrox – Your suggestion worked perfectly. I was going crazy trying to figure this out.
THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!
To be clear, what I’m trying to do is modify the icon size of the packages. For example, if I have three packages that are all pdf files, I want the default pdf icon to be reduced in size. I’m not able to achieve this currently. Here’s my code. Please help…

Hi DearestDebi, thanks for the feedback. Would you mind posting your code so I can see how you used the shortcode? I have created a custom template, but no matter where I enter the “thumb_url” parameter, my icons remain the same size.
I just discovered that it doesn’t matter what template I use in my shortcode, none of them work for me. Even if I use a built-in template (for example, link-template-calltoaction3) it doesn’t recognize it on my page.
I’m confused. I created a custom link template. When I go to Downloads > Templates, I see my custom link template and the template ID listed for my custom link template is: 52f2603ba5898. This is the same template ID I’m using in my shortcode.
I’m sorry to keep asking for clarification, but this is really confusing…
Hi Nikodemsky, thanks for the reply. Unfortunately, it’s not working for me. Here’s the shortcode I’ve entered on my page:
[wpdm_category id="frequently-accessed" template="52f2603ba5898"]
The template is one that I created. I’ve tried it with and without quotes and it doesn’t work. In fact, I’ve even tried some of the built-in templates and they don’t work either.
Any suggestions?
Thanks, Nikodemsky!
Thank you for the information.
It’s not my firewall. I installed this license key more than a month ago and it worked fine. I recently upgraded the WPDM plug-in and, like many other people in this forum, my license key quite working. I repeatedly tried to re-enter the same license key and the plug-in rejected the key. I am the firewall administrator on our network and no changes have been made to the firewall in the past six months. Suddenly, today the same license key now works. I’m not certain what went on behind the scenes, but I assure you, it wasn’t my firewall.
HELLO!!! Can someone unlock my license key. I posted this yesterday and I have yet to have it resolved.
I have the same problem: Order #: 5268006e49fbb
