I found that, 16 th November 2020 is the auto renewal date of one of my orders.
Please disable it immediately.
My website is down and I don’t want to renew now.

Hi,
Problem has not been solved.
I have Purchased 2400 Points worth of Items. but only 2 Points Deducted from my Credit balance.

01. Before Purchase, I have 9110 Points
02. I have added 3 items in cart worth of 2400 Points
03. After Purchase, My credit balance is 9108 Points. Only 2 Points deducted instead of 2400 Points.

After Purchase, Credit balance should be 6710 Points. But It’s showing 9108 Points.

Please check order no : 5ae45ee3bd6e4

If we purchase any items which worth is below 1000 Points, it’s deducting correct value from credit balance.

If we Purchase the items which worth exceeding 1000 Points, It’s calculating as 1 Point. same ting as showing in Total value ( 1 Point ) in cart page

Please check attached screenshots for your reference to Understand.

Please check thoroughly and fix the issue ASAP. Please help us

Hi,
I have Purchased Download Manager Pro version. in settings page, I have pasted the Licence key which was given in my dash board but it’s showing invalid licence. please check attached screenshot of the same.
also I purchased Prepaid credits addon. it’s options are not showing in settings page.

Please resolve the issue ASAP

Hi,
Download limit is not working for user roles also.
I have given download access to ProMembers and restricted Subscribers to download.
but even ‘ Subscriber’ user role is downloading the files like ProMembers.

What is the use of this Plugin ??

Please solve the issue ASAP. It’s Urgent.
Please understand, we are writing to you from last 4 days. Please consider as high priority.

This is working for setting of 2 Only. If I set 5 or 10 or 15 as download limit per User / user role. it’s not working.
even it’s not counting no. of download links in single package
and also not counting no.of packages with multiple single downloads.
It’s just opening the gates for unlimited downloads and my users are downloading as many files as they wish.
I have created 2 ProMembers and set download limit as 5. it’s not working.

I will send you ProMember User ID & Password in Private massage. Please check as user and with user role.
Don’t just test as admin. also test as users and check the issue.

    If You need, I will send you recorded video of all testing possibilities as users with user roles.

Please do needful ASAP. we have stopped our operations for members.
Please understand our situation and help me.

Hope You understand our problem.

I Have Selected Category of the Package and I did not set for ‘All Visitors’ option. I am Getting this error for some Packages only which i created with Free Version of this Plugin.

can You tell me solution without accessing our site ?? is there any user role to check this Plugin only. so that I created that user role and share with you to solve the issue.
