I had the same issue – non valid licence without any reason, without changes on the site and despite auto-renewal and a valid licence in the account history.

Deleting and new install has worked out for me. THANKS TO PHIL!!
I would appreciate
– update through wordpress plugin-update procedure
– “official” instructions how to update in the current way (you need some trust in not loosing your data before deleting the plugin when there is no official instruction which confirms that)

however, great that we just got excel export.
it would be appreciated
– to have more options (see post #1) and
– to export ip adress as well (if diable to protocol ip in general options then not but if not disabled that yes)

but once again thanks for having excel export now! this was very important for me and was very dissappointing only to have it in the free version but not in the paid on,
