Hey, it looks like someone else responded to me and fixed my issue! I really appreciate your help!

Is there a way to bulk upload files and then match them with package?

Also is there a way to bulk edit packages and delete all of the psd files in them and also change the template to be all the same?

You opened them up in Photoshop and it’s working? I need an email to get a you a temporary login. What email should I send that too?

Yes, I am using the latest version of photoshop. I keep getting this error when I try and open it in photoshop:

“Could not open “Wk1_D1_Scripture.psd” because it is not a valid Photoshop document.” – I have tried downloading it and it has this issue as well as several other people.

Which files are you downloading? Are you positive it is opening up in Photoshop?

I am attempting to download Photoshop files that I uploaded. So most of them were able to upload but when I download it and open it in Photoshop this is the error “Could not open “Wk1_D1_Scripture.psd” because it is not a valid Photoshop document.” Please help.
