Hello Nayeem,
We have successfully shown the PDF on the front end.

But for the locked ones we are again facing the same issue as it was having before from the older version of the plugin.

When we upload a new PDF on one of the download packages the PDF added just before it is being removed automatically from the download package. Please suggest. This was the main issue from the starting and it has not been fixed yet also after installing the latest version of the WPDM plugin.

We are displaying the WPDM with the shortcode as shown in the screenshot below. There is no PHP extension included in the template parameter. Please suggest.

Hello Nayeem,
As you suggested we set the Primary Key to AUTO-INCREMENT and were successfully able to migrate all the tags.

But now on the front-end pages the Installation Instructions PDFs are not displaying as before. The PDF is shown as 57e4155cda924.php on all pages. Please suggest how we can display the PDFs as before.

Hello Nayeem,
We again did the activate/deactivate plugins on the live site and found another error as shown in the screenshot below which says “Database Error: Duplicate Entry” when we migrated the tags. Please check and provide us with your feedback.

Hello Nayeem,
We tried by deactivating/activating each plugin individually and each time after deactivating we click on Migrate Tags but also it is showing a 500 (Internal Server Error). Please suggest.

Which plugins are you asking to deactivate? Are you asking to deactivate other WPDM plugins? Please clarify.

Hello Nayeem,
We checked the Memory limit and it is 256M and also the CURL is enabled. Please check from https://anchorinc.com/PHPinfo.php. We can not rename the .htaccess file. Also, we checked the error log and could not find any error on the file while clicking “Migrate Tags”. Please suggest if there are any other options.

I installed the tag-importer plugin but when I clicked on Migrate Tags it is not progressing ahead of 10% as shown in the screenshot . Please suggest what is the issue.

How does this add-on tag importer works? Please provide us with the steps to run it. Does this import the tags automatically from the old version if we install this tag importer in the latest version of the WPDM plugin?

Hello Nayeem,
I tried installing the latest version of the plugin but it was not viewing any of my downloadable PDFs on the site. Also, the “Tags” from the older version were also not present in the latest version it was all empty. So, I again reverted the latest plugin to the older version. Please provide your suggestion about the issue.

Hello Nayeem,

The problem is while updating the old version of the plugin to the latest version. For upgrading, we bought the pro version now it’s showing “Invalid license key!” for the valid key also as shown in the screenshot below.

I copied the license key as shown from the doc https://www.wpdownloadmanager.com/doc/settings/license/. Also, it is not working.
