Users should only be able to download 5 files per day.
This is getting very difficult for us. Users are coming on board and they are facing issues. You changed the download reset period to 7 days and now users are getting download limit expired message. I tried resetting the limit reset period however it didn’t work. I had to change user download limit to 0 again. We need a solution ASAP.
No answer, This is disgusting, we bought windows download manager for this particular functionality and this ain’t working. Please have it checked and fixed.
All the downloads are from the package download button. You are missing the point here. I am talking about the download limit plugin and not the download limit per user option in the package settings. We want a user to download only 5 packages per day. Can you please tell me what settings do I need to change to meet my requirement. Here’s a user you can try with.
user: dtest
password: 80min@700MB
I get this error, also, the UI is all messed up. please check the attachement.

support is real bad. No response in 9 hours. This is very crucial to our business.. Plz respond.
this isn’t working. I had to make changes in the original file in the plugin/download-manager/tpls directory. Copying the file in currenttheme/download-manager doesn’t works,
How can I remove category and date column from the table.
there is no such file as wpdm-all-packages.php
This doesn’t works with [wpdm-all-packages jstable=1] shortcode.
when I use it with wp-categories shortcode instead of downloads the template name is displayed
the addon restricts at role level, I need global restriction at user level. please read the requirement carefully.
am actually looking for download limit per user per day
