Hi, thanks, i’m following the https://www.wpdownloadmanager.com/doc/template-files/ steps but something’s not working, from the frontend packare are not saved anymore.

I followed exactly this `Changing Template Files in /plugins/download-manager/tpls/ ( Download Manager Plugin ) dir:

Copy /plugins/download-manager/tpls/ dir to your active theme dir
Rename it to download-manager
Now remove all files from {active-theme}/download-mamager except the ones you need to modify
Update template file(s) in {active-theme}/download-manager dir as per your need`

What can i check?

PS: Editing the original template files i’m going to lose the changes with the plugin updates, am i right?

ps: i repeat it, i don’t need the download history, i know there’s the history of it, i need to see an history of package upload from the frontend.

Ok good, this should be fine but my [wpdm_frontend] doesn’t look like that one, you can see here https://imgur.com/Ql8fj12, there aren’t “My items”, “All items” in the sidebar. There’s a way to customize it?

Oh thanks, for sure i can see the download history, i was asking for the Upload history, because i have several users who will use the Front end uploader, so i would like to track the upload history.
I’m not sure about what My Items tabs is, could yu explain it better.

And i have another question, as an administrator ,can i see the single [wpdm_user_dashboard] of other users?

I can’t uptade the plugin, it shows “Please activate Download Manager license for automatic update. Validate license key” i validate the license key and the only messagge showing up is “Invalid license key!” then it does not uptade because of it, moreover in the generate key button there is no domain. I don’t know how go on.
