Thank you for reply. We are slowly familiarizing ourselves with the way your add-on is functioning and the various available parameters. There is still a basic shortcoming in that we cannot edit the basic core templates but what we have achieved so far in terms of functionality and looks is acceptable.

Let us consider this case closed so that you dedicate your time to more serious support issues.

Thank you, Nayeem. It is practically impossible that it works properly from your end as we have accessed it from various platforms and browsers and the behaviour has been abnormal. Anyhow, since your last visit, my SysAdmin identified the problem and its solution. I am reporting it here just in case it helps somebody else too. Though your plugin already calls Bootstrap and theoretically this should take over, we had to re-activate Bootstrap (v5) specifically on our Page. This has sorted out the problem. So now, after having found and solved the incompatibility with queries and the reason for inconsistent expand/collapse behaviour of the Tree Directory, we are ready to work more with using your software. See for yourself. If ok with you, I will remove your temp Admin rights.

Back to 2nd original question: Whilst on the subject of ArchivePage, is there a way that the individual file size is shown in the returned “Attached Files” list? I think that it is important for the prospective downloader to know in advance the individual file size before embarking into the specific download.

Thank you Nayeem. Screen Video Capture is a good idea. As the reported problem is still there, plse watch this video attached here: https://disk.yandex.com/i/4JBbeAqMRI8BVA.
Sorry for the trouble but we need to solve this inconsistent attitude.

Thanks for looking into this. Regrettably, there is no change. Problem still present. I cleared system cache and re-checked under Win7/Firefox and iPadOS/Firefox. The problem is not when using the little arrow. In that case, Categories expand/collapse as expected. The problem is when choosing one of the Categories buttons containing Subcategories. Then, subcategories expand instantly and automatically collapse again in milliseconds instead of no action (other than query, as I would have imagined). At the same time, the little arrow stops functioning any more. Maybe you kindly re-visit>

Thank you for getting back to me. In the meantime, we have identified that plugin “Ultimate Category Excluder” is incompatible with your WPDM. Once deactivated, functionality in relation to returned queries on ArchivePage has now been established successfully.

However, we have now come across a different issue, which seems to be related within your own drop-down accordeon-style Directory Tree. When the little arrow is selected first, drop-down menu in Categories performs as expected. But when a Category or Subcategory button is selected first (instead of the arrow), then all Subcategories appear only instantly and the menu refuses to collapse. This is also very frustrating performance and only reloading the Archive Page returns its functionality.
