Hi, i copied my website and tried a lot of things.. and i found “the problem”.
I`am using this plugin:
Name: Multilanguage by BestWebSoft
Version: 1.1.4
Author: BestWebSoft

I have two language, and my default is pt_BR.

When i use pt_BR, the plugin does not put slug on URL.
My URL stay: https://morenarosagroup.com/portalteste/download/

But, when i set language en_US, the plugin put en_US on my URL: https://morenarosagroup.com/portalteste/en_US/download/
Then, when i click on folder in the [wpdm_tree] you can see on my Developer Tools the refer have /en_US/ on URL. This way the download manager can not see my files, doing a loop.
