Dear Sharihar, the dashboard is working fine with me… maybe you can send the missing file-type-icons directly to me? they are not on the server and not in the package i downloaded from your side.

I changed something in the settings and after this it worked fine:
I deactivated the “resumable downloads” (don’t know if this is the right word in english)
and activated the “puffer”
sorry, i figured it out – it works now!
I changed the Templates and changed the option in the settings to “not open in Browser”. Now the Office dokuments are downloaded but I still can not open them as excel gives me an error message that the files are corrupt.
the pdf files are now opened in the browser, but they are transformed to a zip-dokument (i don’t have a clue why) and after the browser tries to open them they are downloaded as well
and what about the “open in new browser tab” option in the settings? should i have it checked or unchecked
it would be great if you would write down the solution here. i am having the same problem but can not give you an access as this is our local intranet.

Dear Shahriar, I tried this. Now all documents are getting an pop-up where I am asked if I would like to open it with word/excel or if I would like to save it/download it. but now all our downloads can no longer be opened with the office applications. we receive an error that the documents have problems and we can only see hieroglyphics in office.
now i unchecked the “open in browser”, but the documents are still opened with a pop-up and there are still all the errors.
can you please help us?
