As it is already set to “Rename New File”, I believe there is another cause.

When opening the details screen, there are instances where the button changes its name to one that only members can download, making it impossible to download.

Please advise on other methods.

Let me rephrase that.
All I want is for items downloaded once not to count toward the download limit.

Items can be in published, waiting for review, or draft status. Will they be exported regardless of their status?
All exported data will have “post_status”
set to “publish”.

If I delete the items I don’t want to update and only have the “id” column and the items I want to update, will the updates still occur?

Is it possible to import it again from the admin screen and have only the thumbnail image reflected?
If so, please tell me the minimum required field names. Sample data would be helpful.

I’d also like to implement this on the tag page.
