The CSV file I received does not have an item to set “Status” to “Published.” What item and value should I add?

I want to change the layout of the tag details screen. How should I proceed? Also, it seems the template file used by default is index.php. Is it possible to change the template for the tag details screen?

Despite wanting to select the 2columns, Image Right page template, the package automatically selects “Select Page Template” instead, resulting in a completely different design.
