Like when I use extended file list shortcode on template, then initially the file symbols are large, but after some time they become too small and not visible.

Probably in page 3 there is another package causing this trouble, however, may you please give me ftp access to check the error login, it may happen for for any missing library like imgjpeg in your server or memory limit, I need to check error log to confirm about the issue and solution.

@lips, I’m trying to update pluginm, but it is asking for ftp info, however we are releasing v4.5.4 with individual file download fix for password protected files within next 24 hours.

However I just checked your screenshot, are you using any plugin which is using media element js? Any such plugin may cause the issue, as it auto convert audio tags.

  1. Create a dir download-manager inside your active theme dir
  2. Copy wpdm-list-files-front.php from plugins/download-manager/tpls/ and paste it in /{active-theme-dir}/download-manager/
  3. Open /{active-theme-dir}/download-manager/wpdm-list-files-front.php
  4. Batch replace download_count with base_price
  5. Batch replace Downloads with Price
  6. Save
  7. That’s all!

Sorry, it was because of  password format, however I added urlencode and how login worked. Add-ons list showing in update tab now.

Your theme is using outdated jQuery. Please ask your theme support to use the jquery integrated with wp itself.

Yes, they can, you need use create a page with short-code [wpdm_frontend] ( Demo: http://demo.wpdownloadmanager.com/marketplace/sell/ Login: dmeo/demo ), from that page users will able able to add their file, set a price , check their sale and request for payout. You can setup site commission and sales/payout maturity period from admin menu downloads payout page.
