Since version (2.8.4) Download Manager requires php v5.3.0+ ( http://php.net/manual/en/language.namespaces.rationale.php ), may you please update your server php version, however if that is not possible, you can get back the previous version from here https://downloads.wordpress.org/plugin/download-manager.2.8.3.zip

Except it is something with your server it should cause any issue at all, as 180 MB is actually small file, however please try increasing max_execution_time, if that doesn’t resolve it issue, please give me temporary wp-admin login info in a private reply to check,  but probably need to be fixed from hosting support.

  1. In that case it could be a problem with reCaptcha connectivity from your location, wpdm has nothing to do with this.
  2. Actually you need to control it from “Allow Access” field under package settings when creating/editing a package, remove “All Visitors” and select all other roles.
  3. We shall add short-codes for those in the next update
  4. Don’t use that. It is deprecated, we shall remove it soon. Nivo LightBox is already integrated with wpdm core

Sorry for your trouble.

  1. The list still not available but it is in our to do list.
  2. From Admin Menu Campaign Subscribers you can see the subscribers and associated list.
  3. Post subscription option will show in bottom for now,  however, we will improve the feature with custom positioning in next update
  4. You need to create campaign ( docs: http://www.wpdownloadmanager.com/doc/admin-panel-2/add-campaign/ ), select delivery date and check the option “Add To Email Queue Now”, finally Publish. The plugin use wp cron to check newsletter schedule and send them, but wp cron is not very reliable, so, if you don’t want to rely on wp cron, you can setup an cron jon from your hosting control panel for the url http://your-site-name.com/?cron_handle=1 with call interval 5 to 30 mins

Please give me the required info to check it in your installation. Many other wpdm users using it with avada and as per our test it is working fine without any such trouble.

Sorry, but the default value add-on is the best solution. The add-on may save your time a lot, which could be much more worthy than the add-on price 🙂

This is because, some of your featured images are with wrong extensions and your server failing to create thumbnail from those images, however I’ve changed thumb to icon in your link template and now they are working fine.

Got it now, that still will not work, only single value will work in custom filed import. However, I’ll find a way in next update.

This was not an issue with wpdm actually, but we added a patch with wpdm to remove such unexpected chars from filename.

ok now, the problem was happening because of Database Cache option in your cache plugin.
