ok now, the problem was happening because of Database Cache option in your cache plugin.

ok  now, change short-code to [wpdm_user_dashboard flaturl=0]

1. You need to select user dashboard page from wpdm front-end settings to make it work properly
2. and 3. please give me temporary wp-admin login info and your license key in a private reply to check your issue.

We actually forgot to remove it from front-end.

Got the issue, it is working everywhere now, earlier I tested from details page, however I’ve added the fix in my side too for next update.

It is working fine now, It was not working, because premium package add-on was not active.

Just tested in your installation now, looks like everything is working fine.
