Please give me the required info to check it in your installation. Many other wpdm users using it with avada and as per our test it is working fine without any such trouble.
Sorry, but the default value add-on is the best solution. The add-on may save your time a lot, which could be much more worthy than the add-on price 🙂

This is because, some of your featured images are with wrong extensions and your server failing to create thumbnail from those images, however I’ve changed thumb to icon in your link template and now they are working fine.

This was not an issue with wpdm actually, but we added a patch with wpdm to remove such unexpected chars from filename.

option in your cache plugin.

Got the issue, it is working everywhere now, earlier I tested from details page, however I’ve added the fix in my side too for next update.
Frontend upload was not working because of file type restriction from wpdm front-end settings tab, now It is working fine.
It is working fine now, It was not working, because premium package add-on was not active.
