Post subscription doesn’t show is regular subscriber list, there you will list list subscribers only. But we are adding a new menu to show post subscribers , which will be available within next 24 hours. Unsubscribe only will be active after page refresh to avoid spamming. But may you please tell what issue you are facing now. Trust me finding better alternative or building new one will take lot more time. As we are currently working on new upgrade of the add-on, you may tell us if you have any feature request, so that, we can add it for you with the next update 🙂
