It is actually working fine for everyone else except your setup, also the error was not from our own code, it is showing in aws SDK, here is the aws sdk requirements https://docs.aws.amazon.com/sdk-for-php/v3/developer-guide/getting-started_requirements.html.

Please try deactivating all other plugins.
