Error when using on a site with MultiPOS installed

Hello on a fresh install with just Woocommerce, Download Manager and this POS plug-in https://codecanyon.net/item/multipos-point-of-sale-pos-for-woocommerce/33660415 causes just a white screen when the POS page loads. Error log shows the following (below). Checked with the POS system support and they say it’s an issue with Download Manager. When Download Manager is disabled the POS plug-in works perfectly.

We have found the issue in AssetManager.php, shall adjust it with the next update.

Sounds great. Any idea as to when the update may be released? I’m not familiar with your update cycles and just wanted to know if it might be a few days, few weeks, few months sort of thing. Thank you!

Hello the update released today appears to have fixed one of the errors that was showing in error log but still getting a white screen when accessing the POS link https://test4.sksheep.com/pos

When I disable Download Manager it works perfectly fine.

This error still shows

As the error in not related to wpdm, now we have nothing else to do there, please contact the other plugin developer.

Other plug-in developer support says…

“Yes, Download manager plugin update still won’t work with our plugin and it’s the plugin issue clearly because after activating it, our plugin is not working but our plugin is not causing any issue to the download manager plugin functionality. Hope you understand.“

Still, it is around their plugin. They need to check it as they are selling it.
