Yes, you can select file from exiting bucket, also upload file directly from amazon s3 bucket and attach with your package.

You can have to enter any url manually, s3 add-on will handle all those.

Refund needs to be handled manually from respective payment gateway and you can cancel the membership from wp-admin pro membership subscribers menu.

You need to contact your hosting support for that, as it is a false positive. However, if it is causing by any other security plugin, you need to deactivate it or contact their author.
