Although that Javascript’s click event listener works with the previous versions of your plugin maybe your plugin’s structure had changed now that’s why it’s happening anyways thanks for your support.

I recently updated Download Manager Pro and WPDM File cart addon and now the View PDF button that I’ve placed under excerpt of the post appears but it’s not opening the pdf in a popup like it did before which means this update also have some issues left.
Kindly launch a full fixed versions of your plugins and addons as it’s now creating too much frustrations at our end.

Alright but pls make sure that this update doesn’t have any more issues in it as I’ve already delayed plugins update due to your plugin.

I’ve updated Download Manager and WPDM File cart, now the add to cart button is appearing in the table but now the PDF Viewer button disappears from the table which was appearing previously.

I have reached out to our web developers for help with your questions because I am not understanding.
The only order ID I have that is for $59 is Order ID# WPDM5E78E73382986 and it doesn’t even say a payment went through or there was a recent renewal, so just wondering where this charge came from…
Where would I find that?
I am just looking to get an invoice or understand what this charge was for?
