There is no invoice, I see the one order we had previously that was $59.00 but there is no invoice there?
I’ve updated to the latest versions of your plugin, but since my site is live, I had to revert to the previous version due to functionality issues with the update. The older version is currently working fine.
Please provide a relevant solution, as this issue has been ongoing for a while, and I haven’t received a satisfactory response from your support team.

Order# WPDM5E8DED6B7BAEA this is the order number, we were charged on April 14th and need the corresponding invoice.

Any update on whether or not I can get a backdated invoice to when the charge was made? It was made on April 14th.
Is there anyway I can get the invoice backdated to when the charge was made? I don’t think my account dept. will take an different dated invoice.
We won’t get charged again correct? Because the charge was dated April 14th on or credit card. The invoice now says May 10th. I just want to be sure we didn’t get charged twice or this month because we got the charge last month. Thanks.

By doing this the file is not being downloaded form the card and instead it downloads a text file for file not found
My main problem now is that the emails are not being sent out properly. My server providers says they are receiving and sending the emails and everything is working on their end.
Any idea what could be causing this?
