I have reached out to our web developers for help with your questions because I am not understanding.
The only order ID I have that is for $59 is Order ID# WPDM5E78E73382986 and it doesn’t even say a payment went through or there was a recent renewal, so just wondering where this charge came from…
Where would I find that?
I am just looking to get an invoice or understand what this charge was for?

There is no invoice, I see the one order we had previously that was $59.00 but there is no invoice there?
I’ve updated to the latest versions of your plugin, but since my site is live, I had to revert to the previous version due to functionality issues with the update. The older version is currently working fine.
Please provide a relevant solution, as this issue has been ongoing for a while, and I haven’t received a satisfactory response from your support team.

Order# WPDM5E8DED6B7BAEA this is the order number, we were charged on April 14th and need the corresponding invoice.
it is showing may 10th – i just also want to be sure we weren’t charged again yesterday.

Any update on whether or not I can get a backdated invoice to when the charge was made? It was made on April 14th.
Is there anyway I can get the invoice backdated to when the charge was made? I don’t think my account dept. will take an different dated invoice.
We won’t get charged again correct? Because the charge was dated April 14th on or credit card. The invoice now says May 10th. I just want to be sure we didn’t get charged twice or this month because we got the charge last month. Thanks.
