Dear Nayem,

I also checked my mail and also the mail of another user who chekced the reset password problem. In both liks we received there is no such a massage in the link line “Password reset is not allowed”. The links look like this:

https://danube-region.eu/my-account/?action=rp&key=3eimO4UfFM8u5khuPZKH&login=andreasfrank
https://danube-region.eu/wp-login.php?action=rp&key=UnxN4rukQsa4OGoiNiBM&login=lenz&wp_lang=en_US

Where is this setting to be made? I can´t find it in WordPress nor in WPDM or User Registration settings to check or uncheck a box?

Hello Nayeem,

No, I am talking about the next step. When I enter here in the screenshot my data, I receive a link to my mail Adress. This part works fine. But the link I receive where I have to add my new password is not correct. It ends up in the login page.

Yes, there is still a problem.
On thing I am interested in is about the reCAPTCHA Lock Settings. Are the using reCAPTCHA 2 or 3.

The problem we have right now is that when we receive the link that we land again on the login page and have not possibilty to reset the password.

Which page do I have to crate to be able to reset the password?

Hello Nayeem,

That the code is not from you I assumed already and this was the reason why I contacted first the support from the user-registration plugin. They told me that the form is not from them.

Anyway what do you mean exactly with “it can be a cloned design”? From where does the code class="w3eden" and id="wpdmlogin" come from? Is this code there because the settings in the wpdm plugin under Frontend Access are set to this page? Does this mean when I change the Login Page and the Register Page in the wpdm-plugin that the code is not there anymore?

But i think this is also not correct. I made a test page danube-region.eu with the correct shortcode [wpdm_login_form] and the class and the id container are also there. The only difference ist that the line “Don´t have an account yet? Register now” is standing there. And also here the “Forgot Passwort” Password link does link back to the https://danube-region.eu/my-account/?action=lostpassword.

On the main page the link is [user_registration_my_account redirect_url=”/eusdr-intranet”] and this is he piont where I get confused. The form is not from user registration it is from wpdm as the css code says. There is div id=”w3eden” and div id=”wpdmlogin”

Why is there a form from user registration when it is a wpdmlogin?

On the subpages it is the stanhdard wordpress login page and the lost password is directed to the main page but the standard login page and not the my account page.

Yes, after login the users should be redirected to this page.
Before we had the redirect just the emty form for login was seen and the users where not sure if they are logged in or not. Many didn´t realize the black ribbon on the top. As for many users ther was a confusion and most of them only use the intranet page the setting is made to land on the intranet page afer login.

Dear Nayeem,

yes I think that I am talking about the WPDM settings.

My confusion is that the short-code on the page looks like from user-registration manger [user_registration_my_account redirect_url=”/eusdr-intranet”] but the form is not from the user regisstration manager. But when I look to html and css I find code like id=”wpdmlogin” or .w3eden div#wpdmlogin.

This is the reason why I think that the form is from wpdm. The page is https://danube-region.eu/my-account/

I wanted to update the setting for the “Forgot Password?” but I am not able to reach the page and also in the documentation I am not able to find the correct setting in my version of wpdm.

I don´t want to set a registration page, I want to set a forgot password page. But there is nothing I find in the settings.
https://www.wpdownloadmanager.com/doc/short-codes/wpdm_reg_form-user-registration-form-short-code/. What settings have to be done to get this page working?

When I go to “Request Password” I always get back to the login page. Ther is no change like in your demo.

Kind regards
Andreas
