WPDM Page Templates break the site

The version 1.1 of WPDM – Page Template (this is the name on site management plugin page)
The error is “critical error occurred on this site”
This is the error with define('WP_DEBUG', true); :

It happens for posts, I can’t edit the post, it load slowly and give “Internal Server Error 500”
