We sent an email 7 days prior about auto-renewal before the charge. Our all products renew automatically. We showed the auto-renewal notice on product page, pricing page and checkout page.

However, you can cancel the auto-renewal by sending an order note from the order details page.
I’m having this same issue. No one ever answers the chat window. I get charged even after removing card. Funny thing is, it shows that I didn’t pay and have no support even though my card was charged. How do i get refunded without having to have our bank deal with it.
