Hi,
I recently updated your plugin to version 2.8.92, after that, I get a white screen on my WordPress admin panel.
I need to get back to an older version or solve this issue as soon as possible, as the downloads section of my site now is empty
Note: I never did the migration process.
Hi,
Check your server PHP version. Latest version of Download Manager requires PHP >= 5.3 Update PHP version if it is < 5.3
Thanks.
Hi Shahriar, thanks for your response.
My current PHP version is 5.4.
What else could it be?
Hi,
Then it could be plugin or theme conflict. Try deactivating other plugins and switching theme to be sure. Also a new insllation of WPDM might solve the issue if previous installation was incomplete.
Let me know the update.
Thanks.
It seems to be a conflict with the child-theme, when I switch it, the problem is gone.
I tried a new installation of WPDM and the problem still there. Definitly it’s a conflict with child-theme
Please, I really need your help or I will have to install another download manager plugin.
Your new version is in conflict with my child-theme, I must to get back to an older version or tell me what to do to fix it.
Thanks in advance
Try disabling Bootstrap js with Downloads->Settings->Basic->Misc Settings.
Or You can provide us temp login info using private reply to check the issue. If that is not possible, you can get back the previous version from here https://downloads.wordpress.org/plugin/download-manager.2.8.3.zip
Hi, any news?
Hi, I installed 2.8.3 version that you posted and the problem still there.
I’m not exactly sure if it is causing by wpdm, but I need ftp info too, to check it in details.
Any advance with that?
I need to get back to 2.6 version in the meantime
Site’s members are complaining they can’t download files from the resources page
I’m sorry but I can’t wait anymore, I have to move forward and find a solution to my site.
I think I will install another plugin, I didn’t want to because I’m going to loose all my work… shame.
By the way, the problem is caused by a conflict with w3 Total Cache and Yoast Seo plugin, and is not an option deactivate those plugins.
