Version Version 3.3.8 – new files uploaded are zero lenth

Hi, I have version Version 3.3.8. When uploading new files – the are showing as zero length on the site and when downloaded they are empty. I purchased the Pro version – but wasn’t aware that it would expire; when I tried to login to see if upgrading would fix the issue it said my support had expired.

I had the same problem in the past and I gave you access to the admin area and you fixed the issue for me.

I said in my message that that as what I tried to do – but couldn’t get the migration tool – because it wouldn’t let me login; I bought the Pro version. If you provide me with the appropriate plugins I’ll update.

I’ve purchased another years support; but when I login it still says my account has expired – so I still can’t get the updated plugin and migration tool. Can you look into this for me please. Thanks. Jim
