Forget about the last part of the above, I didnt know this add-on existed: http://www.wpdownloadmanager.com/download/advanced-tinymce-button/

So just the two queries remaining before I go ahead and purchase the pro version…

clicking on same link will close the popup. anyhow we will add a close button too.
