Hi! I’m using Miniorange LDAP/Active Directory Integration plugin to manage user logins for a private intranet. Users are not registered and created in WordPress by themselves, but by the plugin if the credentials stored in the connected Microsoft Active Directory match those entered by the user through the login form. These users have never verified their email because it’s not necessary. Only emails included in the Active Directory are allowed to login.

Since a recent 2025 update of your free plugin, users are receiving the message “Your email address is blocked!” when trying to download any file. I can’t find the way to disable email verification restriction in WPDM settings to avoid this issue, but maybe you can give me a custom snippet to include in functions.php.

Best regards,

Esteban Rubiales

Hello, Esteban

Kindly share the email address you are using to access the downloads. Additionally, if the private intranet is accessible(With VPN or secure setup) from outside the network, please provide the relevant credentials as well.

Looking forward to your response.
Regards
