User Role Customer is not working

Can you please elaborate on blocked direct access through Media Library issue please, if possible, please, give your temporary wp-admin login details in a private reply for checking the issue.

Are you using other plugins for blocking direct access through Media library, please elaborate on it. downloading is working fine from my side

It is working, as usual, it blocks access while block direct access enabled, however in the pro version you will also be able to restrict with a certain role

Sorry, for the inconvenience, you can also use select files option for uploading the file and protecting as a customer role, but as media library file protecting the file from block direct access method, it will globally disable access for the media file in the free version. i hope you have understood
