Hi,
We have an issue in which users in Stats – Download History are displaying as “Guest” instead of their email.
We have the files accessible only when users are logged in to our website i.e. are known to us.
Some download stats display users emails, but most now do not.
We are running the free version of Download Manager.
Is this a known issue or how can we fix it? It’s important for our reporting to analyse usage of our downloads.
Thanks!
Hello T Haworth,
Hope you are well. And sorry for the inconvenience. if possible, can you please, give your temporary wp-admin login details in a private reply to check the issue?
Thank you and regards
You can create temporary backend access with your credentials. Please kindly check.
Thank you and regards
The download main pages are redirecting to another page. I can’t be able to download any package. Can you please elaborate on it? Please kindly check and let me know.
Thank you and regards
I can’t see if there is any email assigned with my credentials profile. If already assigned then for the stats issue, I think it may have a conflict between your plugins or theme. You can disable one by one other plugins for testing if there any conflicts. you may also switch theme to another for checking. Please kindly check and let me know.
Thank you and regards
If nickname has been set, please kindly check if Display name publicly as set or not. Please kindly check and let me know.
Thank you and kind regards
