User Access Field Doesn’t appear to be working

All,

I’m attempting to restrict download access to a file unless they are logged into my website. It appears that it doesn’t matter what I set for User Access, the user is able to download the file. I’d like to have the user redirected to a login page if they’re not logged in after pressing the download button.

Any thoughts or assistance would be appreciated!

Hello @gfrankstx,
Hope you are well.
At the very first make sure that you are using the latest version of the WPDM plugin.
If you set Allow Access from the package settings by following this then it will require login to download the file like this.
If it doesn’t work, please, provide us with your temporary wp-admin login details and site URL in a private reply for checking the issue.
Also, please share the related page/file/package URL with us where the issue exists.
