URGENT Corporate card charged for old account

Hi,
My corporate card is linked with one of your account which was setup by one of our colleague who left the company. My card has been charged despite passed expired date on 16th July 2023 (59$) card ending 2272. I would like to request refund and disactivate any accounts linked to that card. Pease contact me directly if you need details.

Please send me the last invoice from the 16th July. Why the account has been charged despite expired card details?

Hello,

Invoice can be generated from order details page.
As you don’t have access to your account, you will not be able to generate.
Also I don’t know how it can be charged from expired card. It is strange. You should contact your bank regarding it.
