Upload Directory with Category folders

Hi guys,

the Plugin is great, but now i need practical folders in the upload directory, like my categories. Is there any way to code it?
It`s a pitty… I need this to delete every month the old uploaded files of one specific category, because the expiration function didn’t it…

Did you know this problem? Hope someone can help me.
