What is the recommended method to upgrade from Free to Premium – maintaining any files / weblinks already uploaded.
How to include upload date next to each document.
The demo example and admin seems to be going to install at the moment – so can’t use that to check date example.
Any info appreciated.
I have the same problem. I have a free installation and want to preserve the existing data, and the new pro zip file fails to install.
I’m surprised there’s nothing about upgrading/installation on the emails received after purchasing.
Really need some support on this.
Please deactivate & delete free version ( deleting plugin will not harm your old data ), then install and activate pro version.
Hi, I have deactivated and deleted the free version and installed the pro version. However the plugin won’t allow me to upload any files. The upload, browse and URL section on the right hand side has no dashed box to drag files to upload, and when I click on any of the links it just sends me to the bottom of the web page. At the moment there is no way to create packages, link to URLs or upload files.
Can you give me some help? I really need to get this working.
