Hi, i have installed WPDM Remote FTP Add-on, and put in the correct ftp details into settings but it is saying Incorrect FTP Info. However i can connect on my machine with the same info. Please advise

Got it. yes It is working properly now after adding sftp.
Can you please create a ftp host and try ftp instead of sftp?

Sorry for the slow reply on this, we have been waiting on correspondence with our client. I have just tried the plugin with FTP details instead of SFTP as you suggested and still it wont connect. I can connect when I use the same details on filezilla. Can you please advise?

Sorry for the delayed response. I managed to get the FTP details to connect in the “settings < FTP” section, but the contents of the FTP server are not showing on “Add new” section. When logging in with these details via filezilla I can see the files so it is not a server issue. Please can you explain if i am using the FTP plugin wrong?
