We bought two Add-Ons and they are experiencing two important problems without solutions yet
FIRST PROBLEM:”WPDM – Form Lock Add-on” has a BUG
The “WPDM – Form Lock Add-on” has a bug (https://snipboard.io/Vg0kaX.jpg), it continues loading after clicking on the download button and does not execute the pop-up to fill out the form.
Inside the package, we have already configured the “WPDM – Form Lock Add-on” to be with a contact form 7, also with WPform and live forms, but it does not work with any of the three forms executed. It continuous “loading and loading” without showing the pop-up within the form.

SECOND PROBLEM: User Data is not updated in Mailchimp with Add-On MailChimp
If you send the information from the pop-up form when users want to make a download, this data is sent to Mailchimp. But if they mistakenly typed their name, or want to update it, or perform another download and corrects your data, it is not updated in Mailchimp.
The problem is not spamming because we use Mailchimp forms for our newsletter subscribers, some users have changed their names, phone, address that these details have been updated automatically in MailChimp. However, the DM Add-On MailChimp is not doing that process as expected.
