Trying to update settings – gear icon just spins

Hello,
Using WPDM 2.7.93. Moved the site from localhost to staging on different server.

Clicked the refresh of the Server File Browser Base Dir: and then clicked save, but the gear icon doesn’t stop spinning.

As a result, the download path doesn’t get updated and I’m unable to browse to a file.

Tried deleting and re-installing, but that didn’t work.

Is there some other file I should edit?

Looks like, it is something with your server, when submitting form it is returning “400 Bad Request”, please contact your server/hosting support.

Thanks Tauhid – looks like a modsec rule at Siteground was preventing it from running.

File tree don't work

Yes that is problem me to,

but hosting fix that and now all is fine.

Hi , I have similar problem , if I try to update package the gear icon keep spinning and page is never refreshed.
My hosting provider said that everything is ok . How can I explain that modsec rule ? it is only set on DownManager upload folder ?

edit : and it starts to add tags to upload name :
