hi, I installed and configured the plugin in the free version.
When a user logs in the system remains stuck on load. In reality, all I need to do is do a manual refresh and the user accesses the page reserved for him.

I am still not able to access WPDM settings, However, I think it may have a conflict between your plugins or theme. You can disable one by one other plugins for testing if there any conflicts. you may also switch theme to another for checking. Please kindly check and let me know.

I tried deactivating all plugins and the theme. Despite this it doesn’t work. I left everything deactivated and the default WordPress theme active. As you can see it doesn’t work.

I am having the exact same issue – doesn’t matter if all my plugins are deactivated, it just sits and spins on login but if you refresh it says it’s logged in and works fine.
