Hi. I used wpdownloadmanager many years ago, at a job I no longer have, but I still keep getting charged for renewals. The email address associated with the account no longer exists, so I can’t figure out how to log in to stop it. Your chat just told me to submit a support ticket and reference the old email address. Is this where I should do that? I don’t have access to the Pro support forum, because I no longer have a login.
