Hi!
I have a problem, the employer wanted to update the PHP version, the WP version.
After updating the Download Manager from version 2.6.96 to the current one, the download icons prescribed by [wpdm_file id=304] are no longer displayed.
Question:
are there any solutions in automatic mode that change the shortcode?
and where is the entire list of files to download now? In the old version of “File manager” in the WP side menu?
And, the old version of DM 2.6.96 is not friendly with WP 5.7 – when searching for files, it gives a critical error.

I look forward to solving this problem.

Can you elaborate more on your issue? if possible you may provide an example or some screenshots, you can also give your temporary wp-admin login details in a private reply for checking the issue.

Hi,
2.6.96 is a 7-year-old version. We actually don’t have any support for that version, however, please install the following migration add-on: https://www.dropbox.com/s/crm4gkefw3bzmsz/wpdm-m324x.zip?dl=1

You will not need 2.7, migration will work for 2.7 and upper versions.
